Key Objectives
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and advanced analytics techniques.
Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that drive business strategies.
  • Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to support forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with IT and data engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in retail or large-scale operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with statistical software and programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
