Key Objectives- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and advanced analytics techniques.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that drive business strategies.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to support forecasting and performance measurement.
- Identify data quality issues and work with IT and data engineering teams to resolve them.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in retail or large-scale operations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Experience with statistical software and programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
