Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, and facilitates training sessions (in-person and virtual) on enterprise applications, collaboration tools, cybersecurity awareness, and other IT services.
Creates and maintains user guides, tutorials, and multimedia learning छन resources. Assesses training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics; recommends improvements to programs.
Provides elevated support for training-related inquiries and escalates complex issues to technical teams. Coordinates onboarding technology training for new employees and students. Maintains accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Implementsurre best practices for adult learning and instructional design in technology training. Collaborates with IT teams to ensure training content reflects current systems and security standards.
Participates in small- and large-scale projects related to technology adoption and user experience improvement. Works in collaboration with the Project Management Office to provide training, analysis, and effective communication regarding new and ongoing initiatives.
Acts as a lead worker during training initiatives; provides functional guidance to support staff and student employees.
Conducts software and application testing in alignment with university business and academic standards.
Communicates with IT and designated university administrative stakeholders to gather data and feedback, test for defects, and ensure a positive user experience. Reports findings based on established testing and communication protocols.
Prepares reports and recommendations for leadership on training effectiveness and adoption trends. Researches emerging technologies and instructional methods; recommends enhancements to training delivery.
Communicates regularly with supervisor and stakeholders to align training with institutional objectives.
Remains informed of current developments in instructional technology and participates in professional development activities.
Other Functions and Responsibilities:Assists with training new hires and student employees.
Performs other duties as assigned and/or required that are within the level of responsibility for this classification at the discretion of the supervisor.
Equipment Operated:Computer, audiovisual equipment, and all other standard office equipment.
Work Schedule:Typically, Monday through Friday.
Supervision Exercised:May exercise supervision over student employees.

Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures:None
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of: instructional design principles and e-learning tools; common business technology platforms, operating systems, and security practices; university policies救世 procedures; office practices and procedures; department/division goals and objectives; department/division policies and procedures; workplace safety practices and procedures;

Minimum Qualifications:At least a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:At least a bachelor's degree in information technology, education, or another related field. Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, LMS), collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams), and cybersecurity awareness programs. Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, or similar). Knowledge of adult learning theory and accessibility standards. Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or similar. Experience in higher education or large-scale organizational environments.
