Hearts & Science is a data‑driven marketing agency focused on real‑time insights for personalized digital marketing. The Data Science team works closely with marketing science experts to deliver modern agency services, integrating media planning, buying, shopper marketing, and content activation.

• Build advanced ML models to cluster and segment audiences and scale custom audiences across platforms and publishers.
• Run descriptive and diagnostic analyses to measure campaign performance within clean rooms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud).
• Adhere to deadlines and ensure high‑quality work.
• Leverage coding skills to drive process efficiencies.
• Contribute to internal and client‑facing decks, reports, and the DS Practice knowledge repository.

• Hands‑on programming (SQL, Python, R).
• Intermediate exposure to machine learning techniques and causal models.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with non‑technical teams.
• Knowledge of digital clean rooms and related strategy.
• Preferred certifications:

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of informatics experience in academia, advertising, consulting, or digital consulting.
• Knowledge of agency‑side execution process is desirable.
