• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal innovation, operations, knowledge management, or legal technology within a law firm
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement legal tech or AI platforms (e.g., Lexis+AI, ChatGPT, Harvey, Casetext)
• Strong project leadership and change management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Experience developing and delivering training on new tools and processes
• Familiarity with legal workflows and internal support functions
• Ability to build and manage AI implementation roadmaps
• Knowledge of industry trends, risks, and opportunities related to AI in legal services

• Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies
• Experience working directly with attorneys or legal professionals
• Additional programming or technical skills related to AI and machine learning
• Experience with cross‑departmental innovation initiatives

• Juris Doctor degree or extensive experience working closely with legal professionals
• Demonstrated success in launching new tools and technologies in a complex organization
• Prior experience in change management or process optimization

• Willingness to collaborate in a hybrid work environment, based in California (Los Angeles preferred)
• Ability to stay current with evolving AI trends and legal technology developments
