In this role you will combine the skills of a software developer and a tester, focusing on creating and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and performance.

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications built on the Service Now Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Relevant years of experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and automation testing.
• Proven experience testing applications built on the Service Now Platform.
• Selenium with Java hands‑on experience mandatory.
• Should be able to do automation analysis for upgrade testing and automate manual tests.
• ATF+Service Now platform experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Primary scope is smoke testing, upgrade testing, manual testing and automation, and automation fixes of existing suites.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$80,000 to $100,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
