Overview

Key Responsibilities IT Field & End‑User Support
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical support for end‑user devices, including setup, installation, configuration, connectivity, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Support secure access to enterprise systems, including networks, shared drives, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests in accordance with Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Deliver after‑hours support as needed to resolve critical issues.
  • Manage and track IT assets, including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Monitor device performance and ensure compliance with security baselines and IT policies.
  • Document system configurations, access controls, and maintenance activities to support audits and compliance.
SharePoint & Power Platform Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven).
  • Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Shell, REST APIs, and JSON‑based integrations.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and third‑party APIs into solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate flows, RPA bots, and data integrations.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and usability following Power Platform best practices.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for applications, workflows, and configurations.
  • Monitor application analytics and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Contribute to Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT teams, leadership, and end users to ensure smooth operations and solution adoption.
  • Provide training and end‑user support to drive adoption and effective use of developed applications.
  • Participate in technical planning sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Required Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support, field services, system administration, or application support.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows OS, hardware/software troubleshooting, and peripheral connectivity.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of data formats and integrations (e.g., JSON, REST APIs).
  • Strong understanding of DoD security policies, IT compliance requirements, and secure system operations.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for supporting senior leadership and sensitive systems.
Certifications Required
  • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • Microsoft or Apple certifications.
  • Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • TS/SCI may be required depending on assignment.
