Operating at the intersection of startup agility and global scale, ecommerce plays a critical role in how we reach customers across international markets. We're looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Trading Specialist to support the execution and optimisation of our global online stores.

• Day-to-day trading across Shopify Markets (merchandising, promotions, PDPs, site updates)
• Building and QA’ing email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
• Supporting CRM automations and performance reporting
• Implementing onsite UX and CRO improvements
• Supporting Amazon and marketplace execution alongside broader ecommerce trading priorities
• Producing basic creative assets and short-form copy using Canva
• Partnering cross-functionally to support smooth ecommerce operations

• Solid experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo
• Understanding of ecommerce fundamentals (merchandising, funnels, CRO)
• Strong written communication and on‑brand copy skills
• Experience in FMCG or premium brands preferred
• A proactive, organised approach suited to a global, fast‑paced business
