Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to provide strategic and execution leadership for a complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering engagement focused on EV charging infrastructure diagnostics, error‑code standardization, standards validation, DFMEA analysis, and development of a sharable EVSE Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) framework.

This role carries full accountability for SOW execution, serving as the senior point of authority for scope, schedule, technical coordination, data governance, compliance, risk management, and executive communication. The Senior TPM will operate as a trusted partner to engineering and standards stakeholders, ensuring delivery of a technically rigorous, evidence‑based diagnostic framework that supports long‑term product health and industry interoperability.

This position requires deep technical fluency, executive presence, and a proven ability to lead large, standards‑driven engineering programs with formal governance and high visibility.

What You’ll Do Strategic Objectives
  • Own and deliver all SOW sections with senior‑level accountability, quality, and governance.
  • Provide strategic oversight across technical, data, standards, and compliance work streams.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve cross‑functional conflicts, and drive executive‑level decision‑making.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering execution and long‑term product health and standards strategy.
Senior‑Level Responsibilities Program Governance & Executive Leadership
  • Establish and lead the overall program governance model, cadence, and reporting structure.
  • Own the integrated master schedule, budget tracking, and delivery commitments.
  • Serve as the escalation point for scope, schedule, technical, and compliance risks.
  • Lead executive reviews, milestone gates, and formal approvals.
Technical & Standards Leadership
  • Provide senior oversight across all technical domains, including:
    • Aggregated EVSE fault data analytics and normalization
    • Validation of IEC 61851‑23 pass/fail thresholds using real‑world evidence
    • Development of new, empirically derived pass/fail thresholds
    • DFMEA development and failure mode prioritization
    • EVSE DTC framework architecture aligned with SAE, ISO, and CHARIN standards
  • Challenge assumptions, ensure technical rigor, and validate engineering conclusions.
  • Ensure interoperability and scalability of the diagnostic framework.
Stakeholder & Partner Leadership
  • Act as the senior interface to partner engineering, research, and executive stakeholders.
  • Influence alignment across organizations with differing priorities and constraints.
  • Facilitate complex technical and strategic discussions to drive consensus and decisions.
  • Represent the program in standards, diagnostics, and product health forums as needed.
RASIC Ownership & Cross‑Functional Execution
  • Define, enforce, and evolve RASIC ownership across all tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure accountability across engineering, data science, compliance, and validation teams.
  • Resolve cross‑functional execution gaps and dependency risks.
