Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This remote‑first role invites you to join our dynamic engineering team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), focusing on reliability, observability, and improving the Developer Experience.

• Work closely with developers to identify pain points in the development lifecycle; create and maintain internal platforms and services that improve code deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to build and maintain robust systems that support our growing user base.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to uphold service reliability by adopting tooling, automation, and observability solutions that support SLO adherence.
• Engineer and maintain scalable internal platforms and services that support the expanding Developer Experience ecosystem, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing infrastructure, observability tooling, and monitoring systems.
• Design and build custom tools and automation solutions to eliminate manual operational tasks, reduce toil, and improve system reliability—tailoring each solution to the specific needs of the platform using appropriate languages and frameworks.
• Utilize tools such as Terraform, CDK, or similar to manage and provision infrastructure, ensuring consistency and scalability across environments.
• Occasional travel may be required as needed.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least two years performing as a Site Reliability Engineer, Dev Ops, or in support operations engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Type Script, or Java.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Argo, Git Hub Actions.
• Passion for developer experience and ensuring overall reliability, scalability, and performance of services.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, App Dynamics, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Argo, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
• Experience working with agentic tooling (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).

Remote‑first company; annual salary range: $125,200 - $185,400, plus potential bonuses, incentives, restricted stock units, and a full array of medical, financial, and other benefits.
