Salesforce Senior Administrator

Only Locals with GC/USC who can be on end client W2 (no C2C)

Hybrid - Los Angeles Downtown - 3 days at office (Tuesday/Wed/Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday - Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM efficiency and user adoption. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce to support organizational goals.

• Administrator certification is required
• At least 6-8 years of proven Salesforce administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of the  platform features and limitations, experience with APIs and integration with external systems
• Analytical background with experience in building and maintaining SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis
• Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing  configuration to enhance and improve functionality and automation
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce security models
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Zapier, or Salesforce APIs) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components is a bonus but not required
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations or implementations
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms or related technologies (e.g., Hub Spot, Dynamics 365)
