• Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP.
• Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency.
• Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions.

• 7+ years of experience in fast‑paced IT operations; 1+ years managing distributed IT teams.
• A forward‑thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• A strong technical background in networking, security infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity.
• Experience championing automation initiatives.
• Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Nice‑to‑Have:
  Previous experience at a media environment (e.g., creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment).

• Competitive salary range: $105,000 – $130,000 USD per year, based on experience.
