Recruiter, Talent Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Los Angeles, CA. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, promoting the company as an employer of choice, and contributing to workforce planning to meet organizational goals.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Experience with sourcing strategies and candidate management systems
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
