We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR professional to support day-to-day human resources operations and contribute to a positive, well-structured employee experience. This individual will partner closely with the HR Director and serve as a trusted resource to employees across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values discretion, and enjoys balancing administrative precision with people-focused support.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting positions, managing interview scheduling, and serving as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Facilitate new hire documentation and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all onboarding materials are completed accurately and maintained in accordance with company standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Partner with HR leadership to resolve employee concerns appropriately and escalate when necessary.
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical).
- Draft and prepare employment-related documentation, including offer letters, policy updates, and internal communications.
- Support ongoing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits vendors to ensure accurate administration and timely issue resolution.
- Provide general HR operational support and contribute to special projects or ad hoc initiatives as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, HR coordination, or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ADP (RUN or Workforce Now preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
