Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical positions in the aerospace industry. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you'll represent our company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams to discuss hiring needs, strategies, and feedback
  • Screen and source candidates for various technical positions
  • Recommend top candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct candidate tours and attend interviews as an additional evaluator
  • Manage the offer process, including background checks and negotiations

Daily activities may include:

  • Meeting with client groups to discuss hiring strategies
  • Screening applicants and sourcing passive candidates
  • Coordinating onsite interviews and candidate experiences
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Strong initiative and task completion skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Skill in non-standard recruiting methods (e.g., cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns)
  • Ability to interface with director and VP level technical leaders
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Analytical skills for evaluating recruiting data and distinguishing top talent
