The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in recruiting high quality caregivers in a high-volume recruiting environment. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and managing administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Screen, schedule and conduct all candidate interviews
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including but not limited to completion of necessary paperwork
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide candidates with information about the company and the hiring process
  • Verify applicable requirements and certifications including employment eligibility requirements (I9 documents), TB Tests, Physicals, CPR, References, First Aid as applicable
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of all candidates and recruitment information
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years customer service or related experience with a genuine interest in Recruiting and Human Resources
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
