Position: Strategic HR Manager: Talent, Onboarding & Growth

Overview

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Design and manage programs that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in human resources, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives effectively.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are preferred.
  • Experience with organizational change management or diversity and inclusion programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills to support leadership development and succession planning.
