Overview

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on key people-related decisions and organizational direction.
  • Shape and implement an HR approach that reinforces long-term goals and nurtures a healthy workplace culture.
  • Lead HR operations, including budgeting, goal-setting, team management, and process oversight.
  • Guide talent strategies such as recruitment, compensation structure, staff development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong HR systems, regulatory compliance, and accurate reporting to organizational leaders.
Requirements
  • A Master’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
  • Significant HR leadership background, including experience supporting multiple locations or states.
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations and demonstrated ability to ensure compliance.
  • Prior experience advising executives and supporting work forces with varied employment types.
  • Proficiency with HR technology, data tools, and standard office software.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor HR teams.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when managing sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to navigate shifting priorities and support organizational change efforts.
  • Advanced HR certification or equivalent professional credential.
