Account Manager/Recruiter - Onsite in our Los Angeles office
We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Account Manager/Recruiter to join a fast-growing, high-performance environment. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, a self-starter, and motivated by results, with the ability to manage multiple searches, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a high-touch, high-standards setting.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will act as a true partner and advisor to both clients and candidates, owning the full lifecycle of searches while balancing business development, account management, and talent delivery. Success in this role requires hustle, emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and comfort operating at a fast pace with little structure.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and urgency
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, business goals, and talent profiles
- Provide ongoing updates, market insights, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
- Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust, performance, and results
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple active searches simultaneously
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Conduct high-volume candidate conversations, interviews, and assessments
- Confidently cold call candidates and prospects on a daily basis
- Guide candidates through interview processes, offer negotiations, and placements
Business Development & Growth
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Develop and maintain a strong personal brand within your market
- Operate with a builder mindset, contributing to team growth and agency success
- Stay highly organized and manage competing priorities with precision and urgency

- Fully onsite role, five days per week

- Comfortable with non-traditional hours and 24/7 responsiveness when needed
