Compensation Specialist, HR​/Recruitment

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role will support compensation programs by analyzing market data, evaluating pay structures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices
• Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies and guidelines
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation trends and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on salary offers and pay equity

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
