Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role will support compensation programs by analyzing market data, evaluating pay structures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay practices
- Assist in developing and implementing compensation strategies and guidelines
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation trends and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide guidance on salary offers and pay equity
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
