Recruiting Coordinator

We are partnered with a premier entertainment company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. The position is a 3-6 month assignment with the possibility of conversion. This position is hybrid in West LA.

• Pay rate: $28-$31/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, phone screens, and follow-up communication
• Assist with job postings and candidate tracking
• Maintain recruiting data, reports, and basic presentations
• Support new hire processing and onboarding workflows
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Source and engage potential candidates for current and future openings
• Partner with recruiters to support pipeline development and hiring priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Workday or other ATS experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in fast paced environment
