• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand talent needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to attract top talent in Marketing.
• Engage and recruit passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Conduct consistent and structured candidate assessments throughout the hiring process.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on hiring decisions and ensure seamless candidate experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with proven success in building talent pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
• High level of curiosity with the ability to research and understand market trends and candidate profiles.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with skill in meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making in recruitment.

The pay range for this role is $47 - $82 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
