Human Resources Director
HR Recruit is recruiting an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our client’s HR function in the Financial Services sector.
Base Pay Range$130,000 – $150,000 per year.

Human Resources.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function and team by overseeing employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, compliance, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, retention, onboarding, and training.
- Establish and implement HR efforts that communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of overall business operations objectives.
- Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive and senior management on key organizational and management issues.
- Work with the company’s management team to develop a sound succession plan that aligns with strategy and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of a growing, disparate organization, including contingent workers.
- Help lead the continued implementation and phased build-out of Workday as the company’s HRMS.
- Manage and enhance comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Develop and manage the HR team to high performance and efficiency.
- Create efficiencies and workflows reflective of a growing organization, leveraging and advocating for necessary tools and supports.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and related programs for a hybrid/remote/onsite workforce.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8+ years in a prior human resources generalist position.
- Experience developing and initiating human resources and organizational development strategies in a growing company.
- Strong experience in all HR disciplines.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
