We have an immediate opportunity for an HR Administrator to assist with a variety of Human Resource responsibilities in the Los Angeles County area. This person must be eager, friendly, and professional. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive personality. This is a multi-faceted position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be organized, customer service oriented, have attention to detail, and be able to prioritize to succeed.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experience with established standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs
- Ability to coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists
- Excellent communications skills as this position will respond to inquires in the Human Resources Service Center through telephone communications or case management tool
- Knowledge of human resource services to include payroll, benefits, and other transaction
- Track, monitor, and respond to requests from employees, vendors, and applicants through case management tool
- Interact with employees to assist with their needs
- Phone support and professional email correspondence
- Responsible for a variety of clerical duties to include ensuring employment files align with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements by completing file audits for new and transfers
- Ability to conduct regular audits and review of HR service delivery processes, systems, and documentation company compliance
- Will be responsible for completing termination requests within applicable systems
- Data entry and the utilization of a data base system
- Work with HR partners to complete weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and audits
- Assist with the development and delivery of training for internal staff, specialist groups, or others as needed
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of recent Human Resources related discipline
- HR Systems and Case Management proficiency with knowledge of Regulatory and Policy Compliance
- Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS
- Ability to multitask and handle various tasks
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
