We have an immediate opportunity for an HR Administrator to assist with a variety of Human Resource responsibilities in the Los Angeles County area. This person must be eager, friendly, and professional. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and positive personality. This is a multi-faceted position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be organized, customer service oriented, have attention to detail, and be able to prioritize to succeed.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Experience with established standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs
  • Ability to coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists
  • Excellent communications skills as this position will respond to inquires in the Human Resources Service Center through telephone communications or case management tool
  • Knowledge of human resource services to include payroll, benefits, and other transaction
  • Track, monitor, and respond to requests from employees, vendors, and applicants through case management tool
  • Interact with employees to assist with their needs
  • Phone support and professional email correspondence
  • Responsible for a variety of clerical duties to include ensuring employment files align with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements by completing file audits for new and transfers
  • Ability to conduct regular audits and review of HR service delivery processes, systems, and documentation company compliance
  • Will be responsible for completing termination requests within applicable systems
  • Data entry and the utilization of a data base system
  • Work with HR partners to complete weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and audits
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training for internal staff, specialist groups, or others as needed
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of recent Human Resources related discipline
  • HR Systems and Case Management proficiency with knowledge of Regulatory and Policy Compliance
  • Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS
  • Ability to multitask and handle various tasks
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
