We are hiring on behalf of our client which is a pioneer Chinese logistics company based in USA. This role is for an HR Specialist based in Los Angeles / Houston.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage all HR functions.
-Develop and implement recruitment plans, complete resume screening, interview scheduling, and manage the onboarding process.
-Organize & manage employees relations, training, track training effectiveness, and maintain training records.
-Establish a performance appraisal system, analyze results, and provide improvement suggestions.
-Responsible for payroll calculations, social security and provident fund filings, and implementation of benefits policies.
Administrative responsibilities:
-Coordinate office environment maintenance, fixed asset and supplies management.
-Organize meetings and corporate cultural events, and handle emergencies.
-Supervise the implementation of company rules and regulations, and coordinate cross-departmental affairs.
Compliance and Risk Control:
-Handle labor relations disputes and mitigate employment risks.
-Manage company qualification documents and government project applications.
-Other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HR or management-related fields.
-3+ years of HR management experience, familiar with the six key HR functions.
-Proficient in USA labor laws and regulations, proficient in MS office set and HR systems.
-Based & Legally allowed to work in the United States.
-Willing to work in Los Angeles / Houston.
-Strong communication, Stable and attentive, work ethics, stress tolerance, and organizational skills.
