Recruiting Coordinator – Entertainment Industry

Pay: $26–$27/hour

Our agency is partnering with a leading company in the entertainment industry to find a Recruiting Coordinator to support their growing talent team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment coordination experience looking to step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role is temp-to-hire with the potential to convert after 3–6 months.

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite)
• Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks
• Manage applicant tracking and candidate communication using Workday
• Post job openings and support the end-to-end recruiting process
• Partner closely with recruiters to maintain an active pipeline of candidates
• Support sourcing efforts for future roles (a plus, not required)
• Create reports and presentations using Excel and Power Point
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar support role
• Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
