Human Resources Manager

This is a great opportunity to help build the HR function at a fast-growing space startup. The ideal candidate has prior experience as an HR Generalist or Manager and is excited to grow with the company. This person will build and run the core HR and People functions while we scale.

• Own the employee lifecycle and be a trusted resource for employees at all levels
• Build and scale HR processes and policies, including the employee handbook
• Help shape strong company values and culture
• Support benefits programs, compensation strategy and benchmarking
• Manage employee relations
• Partner with legal counsel as needed on employment matters, ensure compliance with applicable labor laws

• Bachelor s degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years  experience in Human Resources, ideally with early-stage technology, aerospace, engineering or similar high-growth companies.
• Ability to manage a wide range of HR related tasks (culture building, performance management, compensation/benefits, compliance, payroll, recruiting/onboarding, etc)
• Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills
