Senior HRBP Supervisor @ CIRRO | Employee Training, HR

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support core human resources functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, or daily HR operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR processes align with business goals. You will also serve as a liaison with staffing agencies to manage fluctuating workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination with staffing agencies.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, benefits files, and payroll documents.
  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous employee development initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Assist in managing performance reviews, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Handle HR administrative duties, including documentation, compliance reports, and data audits.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with staffing agencies to support operational hiring needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience working with staffing agencies or temporary labor providers.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, HR policies, and employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
