We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support senior recruiters in talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future openings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 02 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support (internship experience welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of ATS software is a plus
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
