About the Team At Tik Tok, our US Data Security (USDS) team is a dedicated organization established to safeguard US user data and ensure national security interests are protected. Our USDS teams are building a new, secure-by-design infrastructure and service ecosystem. This is a mission-driven team with the critical responsibility of protecting our platform and users. As a Recruiting Coordinator on the USDS TA team, you will be a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, collaborating closely to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process.
You will serve as a key advocate for our company and ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for every candidate. This position requires excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, serving as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and business leaders.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communication from initial contact to final decision.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine and optimize hiring workflows, identifying bottlenecks and boosting overall efficiency. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Leverage data to drive decisions by conducting bi-weekly analysis on key recruiting metrics (e.g., interview volume, time-to-hire, candidate pass-through rates) and sharing actionable insights.
- Manage the logistics and candidate communications for key recruiting projects and events designed to attract top-tier engineering talent.
- Provide essential coordination and logistical support for recruiting events, projects, and other talent engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing - priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $29- $40.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
