Seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and execute HR initiatives that support business goals and transformation efforts. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, from strategy to execution.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and establish governance and communication frameworks.
- Partner with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to align on goals and drive execution.
- Improve and integrate HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Create and implement change management strategies to support adoption and minimize disruption.
- Facilitate prioritization and manage interdependencies across multiple HR initiatives.
- Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Use data and reporting to monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Lead meetings, drive decision-making, and build alignment across senior stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of HR, project, or program management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver HR programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and requirements gathering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday, HRIS integrations, and automation tools.
- Background in M&A and organizational integrations.
- Certifications in Project Management, HR, or Change Management (e.g., PMP, SHRM, Prosci).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Track record of designing and delivering impactful HR solutions.

$46.00 to 57.00
