Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Los Angeles, CA onsite 2-3 days/week

Client: Major Entertainment Company

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter to assist with Marketing searches within the Content TA organization. This opportunity focuses on full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across our Marketing organization – from Title Marketing to Events to Publicity to Marketing Operations and beyond. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, from initial outreach and phone screens to interviews, offers, and close.

The role partners with the business to provide talent insights, structured assessment, and clear communication to support planning and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the business to understand specific needs to attract and engage top talent.
  • Determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines.
  • Identify and pursue candidates who enhance the company’s ability to entertain the world.
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, Linked In, and alternative search techniques; provide inbound sourcing support for high-volume roles.
  • Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
  • Work cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (HR/Finance/Compensation) to support alignment and hiring decisions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., marketing, communications, public policy/global affairs, legal).
  • Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice.
  • Curious; you research market trends, domain technology, and business context to understand roles deeply.
  • Seeks feedback and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain data integrity.
  • Leverages qualitative and quantitative data to track progress and inform decisions.
  • Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
