Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. You’ll be responsible for candidate delivery across executive‑level searches, working closely with internal search leads and client stakeholders to identify, engage, and assess senior talent across VP to C‑suite roles. This role blends sourcing expertise, candidate relationship management, and sharp market insight, all within a high‑performance, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Own candidate sourcing and engagement across executive‑level roles in renewables, infrastructure, and related sectors
- Develop and manage pipelines of qualified talent through direct outreach, referrals, and research‑driven strategies
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations with a focus on executive presence, functional expertise, and cultural alignment
- Partner with internal leads to align on role mandates, search strategy, and client goals
- Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience through clear, thoughtful communication and timely follow‑ups
- Contribute to reporting, calibration, and internal updates throughout the search process
- Stay current on industry trends, leadership moves, and emerging talent in target markets
- Experience recruiting for executive or senior‑level roles within a search firm or recruiting agency environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with an ability to engage passive executive talent
- Clear, confident communication style and comfort working with internal and external senior stakeholders
- Professional rigor, high attention to detail, and a focus on quality
- Based in Los Angeles and available to work on‑site four days per week
