YES, CHEF! | We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Manager to own the process, and experience of recruiting  our Recruiting Operations Manager you'll ensure every search runs smoothly from kickoff through offer—organized, timely, and consistent with our brand values. Acting as the operational hub of recruiting, you will drive communication, accountability, and efficiency across all stakeholders: hiring managers, candidates, external recruiters, and vendors.

TASTE SUCCESS | As our Recruiting Operations Manager, you can expect to influence:

Process & Organization

  • Oversee all open requisitions, ensuring each follows a structured, well-documented process from kickoff through offer.
  • Lead kickoff meetings with hiring managers to clarify role scope, interview flow, and evaluation criteria.
  • Build and maintain interview calendars, tracking sheets, and project plans to ensure each search progresses on schedule.
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop interview questions, scorecards, and screening projects aligned with role requirements.
  • Manage recruiting communication and coordination across Slack, email, ATS, and shared calendars. Coordinate with external agencies, recruiters, and vendors, ensuring alignment with Hex Clad standards, timelines, and reporting expectations.
  • Maintain ATS integrity and reporting accuracy, ensuring compliance and visibility for HR leadership.

Candidate & Interview Experience

  • Ensure every candidate—whether hired or not—leaves with a positive impression of Hex Clad.
  • Manage all scheduling logistics and touchpoints to create a seamless, timely, and professional candidate experience.
  • Coach interviewers and hiring managers on communication best practices and candidate etiquette.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and teams to continuously refine interview flow and process clarity.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Hex Clad throughout the hiring journey, reinforcing professionalism, warmth, and respect.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting or recruiting operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills. Skilled in coordination, follow-up, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools; strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar management systems.
  • Experience with project management software especially Click Up or similar PMS's.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
