We’re looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Snap Inc! This is a 7 month fixed term position, located in our Santa Monica, CA office.
What you’ll do:
* Partner with Snap's leadership team across multiple organizations, including Product, Design, Data Science, Finance, or Security teams to understand hiring needs and devise effective plans to deliver against them.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles: conducting intake meetings, developing compelling job descriptions, comprehensive sourcing, screening, interviewing, leading candidate debriefs, offer negotiation, and closing top talent.
* Develop diverse talent pipelines for a wide array of roles, including specialized and niche positions across technical, creative, and corporate functions.
* Serve as a trusted talent partner, deeply integrating with your client groups to apply best-in-class recruiting practices and enhance our overall hiring strategy.
* Provide a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring all internal and external partners are kept informed.
* Utilize data reporting to drive decision making and process improvements.
* Innovate and experiment with methods to improve diversity and inclusion within talent pipelines and throughout the hiring process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Proven ability to run a full-desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities, successfully delivering results in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for juggling multiple competing priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently communicate decisions, strategy, and challenges to all audiences, including candidates, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.
* Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and autonomy to take responsibility for tasks and projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision.
* A collaborative team player who can partner effectively while also being self-motivated and able to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
* 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in both small and large tech companies.
* Experience with high volume recruiting
* Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategy and interview processes alongside business leaders.
* Experience communicating directly with leadership including director up to VP level
