Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR department, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as needed
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
