The Los Angeles office has consistently excelled in growth and performance, gearing up to be the company’s next flagship office as expansion along the West Coast continues. Over the course of the interview process, you will be matched to a sub‑team within one of our specialized brands.

Business Development

• Reach out (phone, email, messenger) to potential clients to establish a relationship, network, and win new business
• Pitch and negotiate service agreements with key stakeholders for potential clients
• Maintain existing client relationships and update them throughout ongoing searches
• Pull and qualify client hiring needs to understand the role, goals of the company, and necessary experience

Candidate Sourcing

• Head hunt top talent (mid‑to‑senior and executive level candidates) within your assigned niche and territory
• Network with passive/inactive talent
• Cold call active and passive candidates for rapport building, market intel, motivations
• Message, email, and call candidates to maintain a pipeline of mid‑to‑senior level candidates within your specialized niche

Process Management

• Introduce candidates to clients
• Coordinate interview process, exchange feedback between candidate and client
• Negotiate and deliver the offer to the candidate
• Post‑placement care: keep in touch with the candidate after their start to ensure a long‑term fit

• Full‑desk niche recruitment gives higher placement fees for your specialty and full ownership over the product, process, and reward
• Award‑winning training with structured onboarding and a methodical approach to the controllables of recruitment. Conversations about performance are centered around skill development rather than arbitrary discussion of someone’s fitness
• Get rewarded for your work: commission structure rewards you from your first deal and increases as you make more placements (without any quota or draw)

• $50,000 base salary + unlimited commission (average 1st‑year OTE $75k‑$85k)
• Training: a program made for recruiters, by recruiters, to support you from the beginning and through any challenges as your career progresses
