Job DescriptionDirector of Front Office - Conrad Los Angeles (HOT0CB3X)
Responsibilities- Direct and administer all Front Office operations to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Manage all Front Office operations including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, service standards, product quality, cost control, budgeting and forecasting, marketing initiatives, systems management, department management, policy and procedure enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation.
- Motivate all front office personnel, including hiring, supervision, training, objective communication for the day, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure service and productivity standards are met.
- Oversee room reservations, front office systems, supplies inventory, scheduling, forecasting, and department budget to maximize revenue; compile and prepare financial reports.
- Communicate with guests and team members to provide clear direction; organize and participate in meetings to disseminate information.
- Implement and monitor corporate marketing programs (HHonors, Bounce back, Senior
HHonors, etc.). - Foster team spirit and monitor team performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
- Monitor service and satisfaction trends, address issues, and implement improvements; ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead up-selling initiatives to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure team members are current on hotel products, services, policies, events, pricing, and local area knowledge.
- Complete audit procedures as needed; recruit, interview and train team members.
- Use creative management to solve problems and ensure Hilton standards for consistent guest relations; manage desk during stressful periods and emergencies.
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, sincere welcome and maintain a positive, clear communication style with guests and team members.

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
