Special Events Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring all Special Event areas are clean before, during, and after events.

• Clean and stock restrooms, and keep banquet spaces clean
• Stock restrooms and attend to spills during events
• Break down tables, store dirty linen and centerpieces at the end of the function
• Ensure surroundings in the function room are cleaned, vacuumed, lights functioning, no stains on walls; report deficiencies to a Captain or Manager
• Set up functions (including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and placing centerpieces)
• Perform other duties as needed
• Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip-resistant shoes at all times while working
• Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes

High School or 1 year similar experience preferred.

• Understanding of banquet operating systems
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English

• Repair and Maintenance - Novice
• Detail Oriented - Novice
• Dishwashing - Novice

• Dedicated:

• 2 years:
  Banquet or Event

Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work in a restaurant/special event environment.
