We are seeking an experienced Travel Specialist with a strong background in luxury travel management
, global flight coordination, and premium hotel bookings. The ideal candidate will hold an IATA accreditation and bring extensive expertise in handling complex itineraries, VIP client relations, and high‑touch service.

This role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and can deliver flawless execution under pressure.

• Design and manage bespoke travel itineraries for discerning clients, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and experiences.
• Secure competitive pricing and exclusive perks through industry partnerships and IATA channels.
• Handle flight bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently across both commercial and private aviation.
• Provide 24/7 client support for urgent travel needs or last‑minute adjustments.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of luxury hotel brands, destinations, and travel trends.
• Build and nurture global relationships with airlines, hotels, and DMC partners.
• Ensure all travel documentation, visas, and insurance requirements are up to date for clients.
• Deliver world‑class service consistent with Karnak Concierge’s brand values of discretion, excellence, and personalized care.

• IATA‑accredited travel professional
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in luxury travel, VIP concierge, or private client services.
• Proficiency with major GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Strong understanding of international destinations, time zones, and travel logistics.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑touch clients simultaneously with discretion.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
