Late Night Host – Belles Beach House (Venice, CA)

Pay: $20–$25/hour + Tips

Schedule:

Fridays & Saturdays (Late Night, Until 1am). Additional weekday hours available for the right candidate.

Belles Beach House, Venice’s iconic Hawaiian-inspired restaurant and lounge, is looking for a Late Night Host to join our team. If you thrive in a lively, social environment and love connecting with guests, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of the action.

This position is primarily Friday and Saturday nights, starting around 10pm and going until close (around 1am). You’ll be the go-to person for managing the door, coordinating table sales, and ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable late-night experience.

For the right candidate, we can offer additional daytime or evening hours during the week to round out your schedule.

• Welcome and engage guests at the door during late-night service
• Sell and manage table packages after 10pm
• Coordinate with servers and management to organize seating and guest flow
• Manage the line, handle guest inquiries, and maintain an upbeat, professional atmosphere
• Support front-of-house operations during regular hours if scheduled during the week

• Friendly, confident, and guest-focused personality
• Previous experience in nightlife, hosting, or high-volume restaurant settings preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive energy
• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights until 1am
• Optional: availability for additional weekday shifts (12pm–10pm)

• $20–$25/hour based on experience + tips
• Flexible scheduling – weekend-only or mixed schedule available
