We are looking for an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to join one of Southern California’s most exclusive luxury resorts, nestled in a coveted Los Angeles neighborhood. In this role, you will lead a passionate team of food & beverage and culinary professionals, collaborating closely with the Hotel Manager and General Manager to deliver truly exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead and mentor a high‑performance food & beverage team.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and General Manager to design and execute innovative dining concepts.
• Maintain the highest standards of service consistent with luxury boutique hotel expectations.
• Drive operational excellence, cost control, and profitability across all dining venues.
• Engage with the local affluent community to enhance the resort’s brand and guest appeal.

• Extensive experience in luxury boutique hotels or high‑end resorts.
• Strong understanding of Forbes standards and luxury hospitality best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Business‑savvy and creative mindset, with a track record of driving innovation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
