• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, inspections, inventory control, and budgeting while developing and implementing efficient housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, address guest concerns promptly, and maintain accurate operational reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, and company policies, while fostering a positive, accountable, and guest‑focused work environment.

• Proven leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making, and communication skills, along with advanced knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room management systems, and operational best practices.
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, budget‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Sound judgment, accountability, and a strong understanding of compliance with all regulations and local laws.
