Night Audit Supervisor

The Night Audit Supervisor will ensure accurate allocation of revenue to the appropriate departments and maintain daily balance across all revenue departments, while completing all required reports.

• Conduct all audit procedures as outlined by the hotel and company policies on a daily basis.
• Verify and ensure proper handling of all wake‑up call requests.
• Reconcile all cash receipts and work completed during the audit shift, and make cash deposits.
• Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset business for the day.
• Serve as the Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours.
• Perform the duties of PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Actively participate in all front office meetings.
• Engage in all training and cross‑training programs.
• Take the initiative to warmly greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned by the leader

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Experience 1-2 years of hotel experience and/or guest service experience preferred
• Marriott experience preferred but not required

Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
