Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking to hire a Night Kitchen Cleaner to join the team. If you enjoy cleaning and organizing, have attention to detail, and can work a late night schedule, this may be the role for you.

Classification: Full‑Time

Schedule: Availability from 9 p‑7 a m required, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly rate: $24.30 (based on applicable experience and location).

Certification: Must be Serv Safe certified.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Past hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Night Kitchen Cleaner, you will be responsible for the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations and the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas. Specific tasks include:

• Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser.
• Ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Wash, degrease, and scrub all floors.
• Clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents.
• Keep all stoves, ovens, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean.
• Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless‑steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves.
