Hospitality Cleaning Crew

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Cleaning Crew member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our homes. This role is vital in providing guests with a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of our homes.

• Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established protocols
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members

• Previous experience in hospitality cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled time frames
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain confidentiality of guest information

Pay: $20.00 - $28.05 per hour
