The Lanaʻi Experience Planner is based at the Los Angeles Sales Office and supports Four Seasons Resort Lanaʻi, Sensei Lanaʻi, and all other Four Seasons Lanaʻi entities. This role coordinates pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences while identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue beyond the initial sales process. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who delivers personalized guest experiences through strong communication, thoughtful planning, and seamless coordination.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Maintain thorough knowledge of the island of Lānaʻi, both resorts, guestrooms, activities, amenities, and package offerings Collaborate closely with resort operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a superior guest experience  Ability to lift up to 20lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts   Hospitality or sales experience preferred, with strong knowledge of hotel, activity, and island operations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service, and the ability to build lasting guest relationships through proactive engagement and outbound sales. Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple systems, reservation platforms, and tasks simultaneously.
