Responsibilities- Enter and process Birch Street procure‑to‑pay requisitions
- Maintain "show quality" of all areas at all times
- Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
- Establish rapport with team members, management and partners
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
- Achieve daily sales and assigned cost goals
- Achieve assigned budget goals
- Contribute to required daily reporting
- Assist in compiling information at month‑end closing
- Ensure team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in the team member training manual and employee handbook
- Ensure all security, safety and sanitation standards are achieved
- Ensure all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelines
- Monitor inventory procedures for accountability
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Promote a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
- Interview, hire, train and develop team members according to Levy guidelines
- Display a positive attitude towards team members
- Other responsibilities, as needed
- Experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing
- Birch Street experience a plus
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality or similar is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
