Accreditation Program Manager at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 40 hours, Day shifts.

ResponsibilitiesThe Manager functions in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk Management to support compliance with accreditation standards and state and federal regulations. Under the general supervision of the Director of Quality & Risk Management, the position manages functions to prepare the local ministry continuum to meet external standards for accreditation, state and federal regulations. The Manager collaborates with Quality, Risk and Safety leaders to analyze clinical processes, identify potential risks for patients, and develop strategies to maximize safety, effectiveness and efficiency.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) at hire, or must obtain within 1 year of hire.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- 3 years experience in an acute care facility.
- 2 years experience working with accreditation standards and state and federal regulations.
- Patient experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
- Upon hire:
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. This is base pay; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
