We’re hiring part-time licensed nurses, case managers and social workers having 10+ years experience in the Los Angeles or Orange County area (preferably living and working in the area today) as Resource Managers to increase awareness of SLSOFCA with referral sources (other service providers that help seniors). Fully remote, 10-20 hours per week. Self paced.
- you will work in an outreach function to your peers at companies that work with seniors and their families
- you will educate your peers on a) how SLSOFCA works with other senior service providers (doctors, clinics, hospitals) to get assistance in all facets of aging at home or in finding them an assisted living community, b) explain how we help the referral sources serve their senior patients and c) help create a higher level following for SLSOFCA with referral sources in the area.
Our need is immediate. Will provide training.
