Supervisor - Admitting - Full Time 8 Hour Variable Shift (Exempt)(Non Union)

Locations:
Glendale, CA

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Patient Access Representatives.
• Ensure optimal performance in registration accuracy, collections, productivity, and quality.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and collaboration with the Senior Manager/Manager to support departmental and organizational goals.
• Serve as acting manager in the absence of the manager and be available for on-call duties and variable shifts as needed for business operations.

• Minimum Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
  Three years experience in a Hospital Admitting Department; one to two years in a lead or supervisor role in patient access.
• Required License/Certification: AB 508 Certification. If no card upon hire, obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer and maintain by renewal before expiration date.
